Using this website
You may read and link to the pages of this website for free. Do not try to disrupt, overload, or break into it, or use it for anything unlawful. I may change, move, or remove any part of the website at any time.
The app and its licence
These terms do not cover the StreamReady app. The app is free and open source, and its licence, the Apache License 2.0, sets out what you may do with the app and its source code. The app's own privacy policy will be published on this website.
No warranty
The website is provided "as is", without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, I am not liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, that arise from using or being unable to use the website, even if I was told such damages were possible. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Third-party links and services
This website links to sites I do not run, such as GitHub, which hosts the app's source code and issue tracker. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, and while Google AdSense is on, its pages load Google's ad script, as the privacy policy describes. These services have their own terms and policies, and I am not responsible for them.
Independent project
StreamReady is an independent project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon (Fire TV, Vega OS), Google, or Measurement Lab (M-Lab). Their names are trademarks of their owners.
Changes to these terms
I may change these terms. When they change, the date at the top of this page changes with it. If you keep using the website after a change, the new terms apply. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
